Spacious units, well equiped, nice setting.
General upkeep could be improved. Units were large, and appeared to have been given brief once over with cleaning.

Two bathrooms.
Single beds uncomfortable. Could only get WiFi connection outside the front door.

Our rooms where beautifully maintained for master bedroom, everything was excellent. Location: the hotel was very close to the beaches and centre. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Tallow Beach.

A quiet location with easy access to the township of Byron Bay and nearby Suffolk Park where family were staying during the school holidays.
Some maintenance is needed to Unit 13. The cupboard door under the sink in the kitchen was very loose and is almost off its hinges and doesn't shut. A light bulb in the kitchen and one in a bed lamp did not work. The sliding doors at the rear of the unit are very tight and difficult to slide. Apart from these maintenance issues we found it a very comfortable unit.

Handy to everything. Clean, relaxing, quiet units.
We stayed in unit 21. There are some things that need to be fixed in this unit. The freezer doesn't freeze, no bulbs in bedside lamps. locks on some doors broken. light over cook top broken, some blinds in bedroom broken. The brochure states dvd players in units, there wasn't one in this unit. Other than that they were comfortable enough for a short stay.

Close to everything you could need. Large family friendly. Very Private although there were many guests which meant more relaxation. Apartment was big enough for the seven of our family without walking on each other. Have already arranged with other family members to all go together!!!
There wasn't anything to complain about.

The birdlife in the pond. Clean rooms. Plenty of kitchen ware (plates etc) Pleasant surrounds
Very thin blankets, not enough bedding. Uncomfortable couches with springs and lumps. No outdoor lighting on deck. No courtyard/safe area for children. Very hard to locate/bad signage.
